Allen Gozini

Allen Gozini is a business associate specializing in multifamily investment sales within the San Fernando Valley region. With a background in institutional real estate, Allen utilizes his knowledge of current market trends and asset management in order to deliver exceptional services to his clients. Allen’s diligent work ethic combined with his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, make him an invaluable asset for clients and team.

Experience: Prior to joining Azzi Advisors, Allen was responsible for acquisitions at Oak Road Capital. Allen demonstrated exceptional work ethic, and his main responsibilities included asset management, client relations, and dispositions. Allen was also responsible for underwriting multifamily assets in the West Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles regions. Before working at Oak Road, Allen worked as a commercial leasing broker at Avison Young, assisting clients to find their ideal office space.

Education: Allen graduated with cum laude honors from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Allen is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Languages: English, Spanish, and Farsi

Personal Interests: Allen is an avid tennis player; he was selected team captain of his high school and led the team to back-to-back championships. Off the court, Allen enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family. Allen is ecstatic to see that the Rams moved to Los Angeles, and cannot wait for football to return to LA.
