Prior to joining Azzi Advisors, he was a Senior Associate at Equity Office Properties, an affiliate of The Blackstone Group. At Equity Office, Jordan primarily focused on acquisitions where he underwrote nearly $2 billion of potential deals across the Southern California Region. Jordan’s additional duties included asset management, dispositions, as well as leasing. Before working at Equity Office, Jordan worked in the Real Estate Services Group at Duff & Phelps, where he performed valuation analysis for all product types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, land and others.
